Terms and Conditions for The Barn Membership

Welcome to The Barn! By subscribing to The Barn membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Overview

The Barn is a subscription-based membership that provides full access to the following benefits:

  • Tutorials

  • Live Classes

  • Monthly Online Mastermind Sessions

  • Downloadable Resources, including Contracts

2. Legal Disclaimer

While downloadable contracts, resources, and lessons are provided for your convenience, we are not qualified to give legal advice or business advice. Any advice, recommendations, or information provided through The Barn’s tutorials, live classes, or mastermind sessions are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal or financial advice.

It is your responsibility to have any contracts or materials reviewed by a qualified legal professional before use. Likewise, before implementing any business strategies or advice from The Barn, we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified professional.

We do not accept any liability for reliance on these materials or any advice received through The Barn’s offerings.

3. Subscription Renewals

The Barn subscription automatically renews unless cancelled by the member:

  • Monthly Subscription: Renews every month.

  • Annual Subscription: Renews every year.

To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. Renewal dates can be found on your account page under “Subscriptions.”

We are not responsible for renewals and are not liable for refunds for any automatic renewals that are not cancelled in time.

4. Discounts and Special Offers

If your Barn subscription was purchased using any discounted deal or special offer (including, but not limited to, our annual Black Friday deal), it may renew at the full standard price unless otherwise stated in the terms of that specific offer.

It is your responsibility to review the details of your special offer or discount at the time of purchase and to check your renewal price on your account page.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Photography Farm website. Continued use of The Barn after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
