Last week I blogged the first part of our Cambo House Shoot Day featuring our gorgeous model Melissa. Our second set up of the day included real-life model couple Gracey and Luci in whimsical florals paired with suiting for a modern take on gender roles. After maxing relaxing on a beautifully styled chaise lounge, we took the girls outside to explore the beautiful grounds that Cambo has to offer – would we run away to the walled gardens, or down to the private beach for a few stolen moments together?
At Photography Farm Shoot Days we’re very aware that our attendees are all at different levels in their career, and so aim to give each one of them as little, or as much time, being led by our lead photographers as they would like. We really focused on setting up movement images for this shoot day, as that’s what you told us you were missing from your portfolios. From the swish of a gorgeous tulle skirt to the action shots of Gracey and Luci, there were plenty of opportunities to add to your portfolio and capture pretty pictures for your social media.
Below are a selection of my images from the second set up of the day. It’s super important to us to always use a real-life couple for our shoot days, especially when it comes to shooting same-sex. Anyone can pop a couple of pretty girls into some pretty dresses, but the real moments of magic comes from genuine intimacy that you just can’t fake.
