Teeny, tiny weddings and elopements are happening in Scotland and some of the Farmers are out shooting them. Sophie Alexandria joined us in the Farm virtual pub the night before and said she was excited about shooting a wedding in the snow the next day. So I was looking forward to seeing her sneak peeks,

I am super keen to see any new work right now but snow photos are another level. They are always romantic and make us think of getting cosy. If you plan a winter wedding then you probably are hoping for snow, especially up in Scotland. What is lovely about this image is the symmetry, it’s giving me Wes Anderson Vibes and makes the best of the venue and the snow.

What Sophie said…

“As we approached this side of the venue, my bride gasped at how beautiful it was. I have photographed this venue many times but nothing will ever compare to this recent intimate wedding, the whole surroundings were almost untouched so it made you appreciate the snow so much more. I had arrived early at the venue to prep myself to find the exact photo spots we would use to avoid being out in the -0 temperatures. As soon as I saw the house from this side, I knew where I wanted to position the couple, I took a step back in excitement and envisioned the image coming together. I couldn’t wait to get home to see it finished up!”
