WORKSHOP AND EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Booking and Payment
    • Full payment is required to secure your place on any event or class. We do not hold places without full payment.
  2. Cancellations by Attendees
    • If you need to cancel your attendance, no refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your place to another person. It is your responsibility to arrange this transfer and to inform us.
  3. Cancellations or Postponements by Photography Farm
    • Photography Farm reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances. If an event is postponed, your booking will automatically be transferred to the new date and will not be refunded.
    • If an event is cancelled, you may choose to accept the change, transfer to an alternative workshop, or receive a full refund of all monies paid to Photography Farm. We will not reimburse any other costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
  4. Force Majeure
    • If an event is cancelled due to extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control—such as war, riots, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fires, floods, or adverse weather conditions—we will refund the cost of your booking.
    • We do not accept responsibility for any additional expenses, such as travel or accommodation. If the workshop proceeds on the scheduled or a rescheduled date, no refund will be due.
  5. Changes to Workshop Leaders or Speakers
    • In the event that a scheduled teacher, speaker, or mentor is unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances beyond our control, a suitable replacement will be appointed. Your booking will be transferred to their class, and no refund will be issued.
    • At Thrive, if a mentor-led session is cancelled due to their absence, you will be offered an alternative mentor for your session.
  6. Travel and Accommodation
    • Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. Photography Farm does not cover these costs.
  7. Flexibility in Workshop Content
    • Our workshops require a degree of flexibility, and changes may occur. The itinerary and workshop descriptions serve as general guidance rather than contractual commitments.
  8. Liability and Responsibility
    • Photography Farm is responsible for the actions and omissions of its employees while acting in their official capacity.
    • While we take reasonable measures to ensure your safety, we do not accept liability for any personal injury, illness, or death during our workshops. Any claims will be subject to English Law, and legal proceedings will be handled exclusively by the English Courts.
  9. Travel Disruptions
    • Photography Farm is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred due to travel disruptions caused by weather, civil disturbances, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, or illness. These costs are the attendee’s responsibility.
  10. Photography and Media Release
  • By attending a workshop, you grant Photography Farm permission to use images of you for promotional purposes, including advertising, marketing, and media coverage (excluding defamatory or unlawful use).
  1. Agreement to Terms
  • By booking a workshop at Photography Farm, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
