All of us who were fortunate enough to attend the inimitable Gabe McClintock's two day workshop at Farm last week realised that we need to work harder on curating our work and presenting it on our Instagrams. As photographers, it's a perfect little showcase for our work that many of our ideal clients are already engaged with and already carrying around in their pockets. So if you are neglecting yours or just posting snaps of your lunch, then you could be missing a trick. So with that in mind I went to Instagram to look for this week's winning image.

Scottish photographer Jo Donaldson was at the class and was obviously paying attention. In fact she started this brand new Instagram account while she was there and has been beavering away on her website too. In fact I'm blown away by quite how much she has achieved in under a week. I always say that you have to create an action plan when you leave a workshop, you have invested all that money because you want to make changes, so get on with making them as soon as you can. Well done Jo and by the way.. this image is utterly gorgeous.
